For now, PCKT ships within the United Kingdom only. We hope to travel further soon!

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard UK Delivery — £3.95
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Express UK Delivery — £5.95
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free UK Shipping: We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50. The free shipping option will be applied automatically at checkout where your order qualifies.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note that delivery estimates apply after your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery Address

Please double check your delivery address before placing your order.

If you've made a mistake, email us at hello@pcktstore.online as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, severe weather or other disruptions.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store.
