Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your PCKT, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you would like to cancel or return it. You do not need to give a reason. Once you’ve contacted us, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try it on, with any original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, email hello@pcktstore.online with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect so we can make things right.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. To choose a different colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.
